Like all short story collections, there are some I enjoyed more than others. But overall the writing, the stories and the imagery were intriguing and interesting. Overall the stories that stood out to me were The Medecin Man, The Unwelcome Guest and The Devil and Farmer. The Unwelcome Guest is one that I would like to have seen more a more full-length story would have been great. Overall I would recommend the collection.
