Being an avid viewer of the show (I used to schedule work and school around episode premieres) I was very disappointed that I had never been able to read the books. I am now lucky to have a library that appears to have the whole series. I know towards the end, it deviated a lot from the books, but I am excited to explore that for the first time myself (in this form).

Edit: I totally forgot, but I did read a digital copy of this book that for some reason changed a bunch of the dated cultural references and replaced them with new ones like TikTok. This wouldn't be a problem if a) they changed every single reference and b) if the outdated references weren't so integral to the plot. A blackmailing the girls only works for so long due to how new cell phones were. Also some really REALLY outdated references like QVC was left in and just made your head scratch. Just a weird observation.
