Wow. Lauren Roberts has managed to obliterate my heart. I felt like I didn’t buy in to Adena’s character while reading Powerless just because they didn’t talk about her much. Now I feel like I need to go back and reread powerless so I can rightfully be pissed for Adena. I usually don’t like novellas but this one is absolute chef’s kiss and has me heated for reckless! I NEED REVENGE!!!
