Considering how short this book is, it really packs a punch.  It does a lot of heavy lifting in world-building and provides social and historical commentary on this world.  You are intrigued from the first page by the atmosphere and the narrative style of writing, I have not come across another book that has managed to capture oral storytelling on paper as well as this, and I will be picking up a physical copy as well as reading the sequels.
