"No backsies."

Oh River, finally we get his happily ever after.
River & Hayden together are like those last two puzzle pieces that complete it.

Both of these guys are so hard on themselves that it leaks onto each other.
River has feelings of being too much and Hayden is the opposite side of feeling like he's not enough.
Balance & Acceptance come to mind with this book.
River accepts Hayden regardless of how he thinks of himself and Hayden balances River by never thinking or showing that he is too much even when he thinks he is.

These two kept me wondering where it was going right from that first meeting and I was not disappointed at all to get to the end and be happy. Although rocky at times from one of them or the other, it almost turned into a miscommunication thing but really it just wasn't the right time.

Who would have thought a construction worker who moonlights as a stripper would end up with a school teacher? Not me that's for sure.
There is so much in this book between these two that I couldn't put it down until I was finished. Both Hayden & River have things that make them who they are and getting them to open to each other was the best part of the "being friends" that they started.
Getting to go back to this world and these characters and those from previous books was so good, we love to see everyone again!
Truly a great read and addition to this series!
