This was great! I really liked book one when I read it last year and this was a fun follow up about two of their friends. New roommates, fake engagement, spicy, mid-sized rep, British dude with tattoos, anxiety rep, familial strains and loss, Christmas activities, all in a novella which can sometimes be hard to do. This one felt completed without feeling rushed, which is the sign of a good novella to me.
