Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt
4.0
The characters in the book are just so quirky and unique. They remind me of people I grew up with in New Orleans. The aspect that makes this story so amazing, is the description. The setting of Savannah, Georgia is captured in lush detail making it as much a character in the novel as any of the humans. This is really a wonderful read that is accentuated by the characters and their relationships and connections to one another.
