I really enjoyed 6 of the 20 stories and felt neutral about the rest. These were the ones I liked:

  • Beginnings by Kristina Ten
  • The Six Deaths of the Saint by Alix E. Harrow
  • Murder by Pixel by S.L. Huang
  • Pellargonia by Theodora Goss 
  • Pre-Simulation Consultation XF007867 by Kim Fu
  • The Difference Between Love and Time by Catherynne M. Valente

I also loved RF Kuang’s introduction!
