I won a proof copy of Beautiful Bad from Quercus Books in an Instagram competition and couldn't wait to get stuck in. I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did!

I read the whole thing within 9 hours and couldn't put it down. You are gripped right from the beginning when you learn about the main characters anxiety then a murder. The chapters flit between the night of the killing, the early 2000s to present day and the weeks leading up to the killing and the main characters therapy sessions. All of which are focusing on the main character, her husband and best friend. Fantastically twisty and all ends are tied up well. I thoroughly recommend!
