The View from the Cheap Seats: Selected Nonfiction by Neil Gaiman

3.0

3.75 stars, actually. But didn't want to round up to 4.

I love Neil Gaiman, through and through. And I'd love to watch him give a talk somewhere one day. I've watched recordings of some of his talks, and listened to him read audiobooks. This collection of some of his nonfiction pieces is... fine. I ended up skipping through a number of these pieces because I simply wasn't interested in the subject.

The pieces I loved most in this collection are his heartfelt pieces about loved ones (Terry Pratchett; his wife, Amanda; other friends), and ones about literature and film that he loved, as well as anecdotal ones about his own life.
