I thought giving personalities to personality traits and concepts was very interesting; Talkative, Faith, etc. However, I found overall it was somewhat difficult and very dull reading. The characters repeatedly go over the same concepts often within a few paragraphs. While I know that the style of writing is appropriate for the time period; the spelling and grammar reminded me of reading a poorly written High School English essay.
