This book was actually not good. I liked that Fallon had external scars that were related to Ben’s internal ones, and their characters were decently linked. I really liked how their story of love was connected, and that they were able to change the meaning of the date for both of them. Hoover’s writing style is bland, but they’re easy to read in a slump. I liked the link between Ugly Love in this with Miles, Tate and Ian (it finally gave closure to their story that I was looking for). I honestly didn’t like this as much as I would have hoped, and I will not be reaching for it again.
