What an interesting and immersive read.  I love horror as an exploration for coming of age stories, and this just hit the nail on the head. The writing style really sucked me in and brought me down to Ren's level. I also appreciate how Cathy's letters were perfectly overwritten in the way a queer high schooler would overwrite a letter.
