Red this book a while ago and really made me fall in love with the Hannibal franchise (and Will Graham lol) 
In my opinion the best book of the franchise with silence of the lambs coming right behind it (unpopular opinion, I'm not sorry).
One of my favorites and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes reading thriller and crime, really dark and moody atmospheres.
