I loved this book. I have read every book thus far in this series, and I love how the author continues to find new and interesting concepts to keep us tuned to reading the books. Most people who have not read this series would wonder how J.D Robb is 47 books into the series, and it is still going strong. The reason for the success of these books, I believe is her development of the relationships between her characters. Eve, Roarke, McNabb, Peabody, Mira, Whitney, Dennis, Feeney, Mavis, Summerset (Vampire), Nadine, Leo, Bella, and Galahad, etc. are part of the stories and they develope to become their own family. Eve is an awesome character that has a heart of gold that she hides beneath her prickly and truthful side. I would highly recommend this series to others. I cannot wait for the next book.
