I should start by saying that I really liked the characters and their arcs, and that's probably the most important part of a romance. Unfortunately, no matter how much I appreciated Jasmine and her chemistry with Ivan, I simply could not get over all the constant blinking. And the quirky way the author would avoid saying a character's name in the dialogue tags (i.e. "the woman who raised me said" instead of just "my mom said"). I also absolutely cannot forgive the unironic use of "anaconda" and "pink and purple mushroom tip" in the book's only sex scene. I guess that'll make it memorable at least.
