"Charlie, we accept the love we think we deserve." 24

It's easy to be accepting of a book that's regarded highly & recommended time and time again. However, this is legitimately one of the best books I've ever read. It's the type of book that makes you look forward to when you can read the next chapter. I know that coming of age books can be overlooked by others, but I find the genre (& subsequently The Perks of Being a Wallflower) to give an ever-important insight into who we are to ourselves and to others. I highly recommend for anyone struggling to make sense of their past, their present, and their future.

Also, definitely on my to-buy list!
