 Runaway Groomsman - Meghan Quinn

"Time is never wasted when you try to find who you are with another human being. This is more of a stepping- stone in our lives. If anything, weโ€™ve learned from it.โ€

Ugh. My heart after reading this one. Sawyer starts of as a semi-superficial Groomsman who is forced to participate in the wedding of his former lover & his former best friend. Unable to suffer through the BS of the ceremony, he makes a run for it. Right to Canoodle, the cutest little small town with the cutest girl running the only lodging in town.

This was so deserving of being my 50th book of the year. I loved Fallon as a female main, she was so strong & sure of herself & her needs. Her best friend Jaz was an absolute trip & reminded me of myself & how protective I can be of my friends. The setting was perfect. The side story of the renovations & Sully, perfect. This is a book I fully intend to purchase & reread through the years.

So cute & comforting & exactly what the doctor ordered. ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ˜ป
