Great start to a new fantasy romance series! 

The FMC Liora’s world changes and she has to learn and adapt quickly. I liked her as a FMC and grew attached to her and her story. The characters overall were well developed with interesting backstories and I can’t wait to learn more about them.

I enjoyed the banter, tension and relationship development between the FMC and MMC and can’t wait to read what happens to them in the future.

Also the magic system seemed interesting and I would like to learn more about it. I would have also liked to see a bit more world building and descriptions about different places etc.

The plot itself was interesting. The pacing was okay, the ending felt maybe a bit rushed, but otherwise the pace was pretty good.
