Bullshit Jobs: A Theory by David Graeber
5.0
A fresh perspective that challenges the way we are accustomed to viewing organisations and jobs. I especially enjoyed the second half of the book when the author explores what has led to the expansion of these types of roles and what can be done.
I didn't agree with everything, but it sure got me thinking, particularly about how we often accept things as the norm, when they clearly aren't the way we would set things up to optimise productivity and a fairer system.
4.5*
