Another hit from Taylor Jenkins Reid! I don’t know where she gets the creative and talent for book after book but I’m yet to be bored by any of them.
I loved this as a story of family, including found family, the impact of loss and pressure on older children as a result. The power of fame, it’s impact on relationships, and feelings of responsibility. It was such a gorgeous backdrop with the surfing and beach vibes/lifestyle, so was just fun all around from that perspective.
I also loved the continuation of the “Taylor Jenkins Reid Cinematic Universe” with the inclusion of Carrie Soto (even if I did read them the wrong way around).
I loved every minute of reading this and will absolutely be continuing my quest to get through her whole publication list!
