The pace at which I read this book didn’t do it justice—too much time between chapters has left me a bit turned about.

I found the depiction of this deeply introverted man to be painfully relatable, and many of the social circumstances to be honestly bleak. I would like to reread in a couple months, and see if more of the story doesn’t make sense for me.
