I don’t know what it is about this book but it really just sucked me in and the next thing I knew it was over. I absolutely adored this book. The world was so interesting and the characters had such emotional backstories. Overall this book was such a great blend of all my favorite elements of what makes an entertaining read. 

The romance was exactly what I was looking for and the plot was interspersed enough to keep things from dragging too much. So much hurt/comfort and angst OMG it was so good. Rion and his trauma especially got me. I just wanna give him a big hug and all the love he deserves. 😭
