There is something so comforting about rereading a childhood favorite.  I was a preteen when the  Harry Potter books came out. I remember the feeling of being entranced by them, not being able to put the book down, and eventually having to wait until the next book was published,  to continue reading the series. Yes, I am so old, that the whole series wasn't out yet. At 38, I am still just as entranced as I was back then. But I will admit,  I haven't read all the books.  I remember stopping at Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, mostly because the next book wasn't out yet, and at that time I was well into my teens and other things were enchanting me. I have re-read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone more than any book in the series, and I have yet to tire of Harry or the adventures Ron and Hermione get into. The fact these books have been out for almost 30 years and kids and adults still love the series speaks volumes about the magic that is the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I am and forever will be a Potter Head.
