The writing was surface-level at times with some obvious errors but got better by the second half of the book and was an easy read. I liked how Silas went from being a fuckboy to fawning over the future. While it was realistic to see Indigo champion to keep her independence, I for sure would’ve let him cash me out because working is ghetto. *Alexa, play Rich Baby Daddy by Drake* The main drawback for me was Silas’ mom (Pamela), who was a ridiculously stuck up one-dimensional character that was more bark than bite.
