This was my favorite book in the series but it was still enjoyable. Eve figured out very early on who it was. But there was politics at play to be able to close the case due to who the killer was related to. Also this book shows that not all killers go to regular jail. There are mental issues that come into play and they end up getting help and that is justice also.
