Eddie Winston Is Looking for Love by Marianne Cronin

Mini Audiobook Review: Thank you so much to Bibliolifestyle & Harper Perennial for the gifted copy of the book!

I feel like I may get some hate on this but I thought this book was just okay! It wasn't horrible and kept me engaged but it just wasn't my favorite that I have read recently. I thought Eddie was charming as ever and the narrator who voiced him made him sound so incredible adorable!  He just seemed like such a good guy and you couldn't help but root for him.

I almost paused the book for the time being because even with having the physical book next to me, I was thrown off by the format of the book. But I stuck with it once I got used to it then it got a little bit better. The author has three POVs of Eddie (present), Birdie (past) and occasionally Bella (present) and the chapters range from short one page to the standard length.

I felt like the middle kind of lagged but the last 10% of the book was great! And I still enjoyed the book and would recommend it to people. If you are looking for a heartwarming quick read/listen - give this one a try! I am happy that I read it!
