Travelling can't be replaced when it comes to culture immersion but it could be inaccessible due to a myriad of reasons.
Reading a book written by a local of that certain country could help us see a glimpse of what their society is, was and going to be like.
But with all the cities and all the representing communities, it is impossible to condense it all up in a single book.. so~~~
This challenge is to read 5 books (different authors) from each and every country found in the Asia-Pacific region. The beauty of this challenge is that it is genre-flexible and so it can be done alongside other challenges that is more trope centric.
It's a loooong travel.. and there's no rush.
