Overview
When I was analysing my reading patterns and my media consumption habits, I realised I've read books from a very few countries and authors. This list is my attempt at diversifying my reading. The challenge is to read a book from every country in the world.
I took the formal list of countries and then also added in a few regions/states that have populations slightly different from that country and may have different experiences.
The core objective is to read books that are representative of that country - so, preferably written by a local author, or about experiences the people there go through every day. Hopefully by the end of this I would've lived a hundred lives and experienced a hundred perspectives. Novels, short stories, poems, graphic novels are allowed.
Please feel free to recommend books!
