Description

Freddy 'Junior' Frenger, psycho fresh out of San Quentin, flies into Miami with a pocketful of stolen credit cards and disappears leaving behind the corpse of a Hare Krishna. Homicide detective Hoke Moseley is given the task of catching Frenger.
