This did not blow me away, but it was a fun read. If you watch Grace Helbig's youtube channel, the book is exactly what you would expect it to be.

I liked the parts she talked about her past experiences. I liked the sections like The Seven Deadly Sins of Travel Style and The Ten Commandments of Online Shopping in which she mixed humor with advice/what she does. Sweatpants Diaries were full of puns and great (if you enjoy puns). Then, there were sections with straight up "this is what I do", without much humor. They felt out of place. The sections about "what not to wear to blabla", in which she lists bizarre choices, could have been good if there was only one of them. The idea gets old pretty fast in my eyes.

"It wasn't the worst!" -- A fun look at the silly seriousness with which we decide what is "good" or "bad" to put on our bodies. Grace & Style is a reminder not to sweat the small stuff (and to embrace the sweat stuff -- she loves sweatpants).

Satirical with sprinkles of actual style-related thoughts and tips.

Hilarious, ridiculous, and kind of stupid but in the best way possible. A very enjoyable read that makes you think about fashion in a fun way.

So fun and lighthearted. There's a subplot about a pair of sweatpants that's better written and more engaging than some movies I saw last year. Definitely recommended!

This was fun to listen to, especially as [a:Grace Helbig|6871844|Grace Helbig|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1400643476p2/6871844.jpg] was reading it! I was a little surprised, but pleasantly so, about how Grace opened up about her past and her struggles with body positivity and fashion, but there was lots of humor sprinkled throughout, and I thought The Sweatpants Diaries were cute, if a bit confusing.
