I enjoyed this one however, I honestly hated the male main character. How he acted at the beginning had me considering DNFing this book, but I decided to stick it out. I'm glad I did because after interacting with the author, who provided insight on the story's purpose, I realized how important it was—highlighting the reality of misogynistic men and how they feel about women and treat them. Additionally, also illustrating what can happen when one changes that mindset, takes accountability, and works to become better. I gave this four stars because although I was happy that Christian worked towards changing, I was not too fond of the fact that the black woman had to be the savior/fixer/healer. At one point in the story, he says, "I needed her to be here to fix me." Why does the black woman always have to take on the job to "fix" the man? Additionally, I also think this story needed a trigger warning because some of the fat jokes made by the main male character were triggering for me as a fat, black woman. Still, a good read with an important message.

Christian & Ambers story was cute. It definitely brought awareness to a disorder that you see in a movie, every now and then but isn’t hardly talked about! I don’t like how Amber wouldn’t just tell him what she wanted. It was giving very much that she thought he was a mind reader and it blew me that she kept that secret from him! It was definitely the funniest though, overall a decent read….!

I absolutely loved this story! Christian made me cringe in the beginning of the book but his growth from asshole to Amber’s Prince Charming was one that I enjoyed reading about. The suspense of Amber’s “disability” will push any reader to continue flipping the pages. I am a fan of the author showing how a person can be and should be loved with a disability. I am still in utter belief that Christian of all the brothers, the most disrespectful one that I have met thus far, learned how to love and respect Amber. I am shocked because it is Christian but I can believe it because of how strong, independent, and confident Amber is. Now the last brother Chase seems like he is ah mess too, I cannot wait to learn about his life.

This mmc was such an ahole, he was constantly bashing fat people, was mean to his brother and his soon to be wife and just was a freakin a hole. I hope he changed over the course of this book but I just couldn’t listen to this anymore.

This was not my favourite book however I did enjoy it. Similarly to Thickerella The story is very cliche but still it is enjoyable.

I do like that it was narrated by Chris actually found him really funny especially the way he talks about Tillar at times.

I didn’t like the way and we disappeared knowing she was pregnant I don’t think that was fair on Chris at all. But overall it’s another cute story
