Good story that really helps shine the light on what indigenous people had to endure during the time and what they’re still dealing with today. However the writing feels like you’re reading a three part 300 page article. Grann wrote too much about such insignificant details. If I remember right there was a whole chapter about the detectives grandfather ..like ??If you want to learn about the Osage people but get bored easily just read an article.
