Please read trigger warnings.
Very dark book.
Bianca was serving and do you know what it wasn’t the  cannibalism that was bad. It was Theo being a hypocrite and a tad annoying and the narrative structure which was jumpy at the beginning I struggled to settle in and at times slowed the pacing but I feel like it did even out.

I loved Bianca and Vlads friendship.  Curious about Vlads book.

However for me personally not enough time was spend on the relationship. I would say this is more plot heavy which I don’t mind but some people might.

This was too much from the beginning and I should have listened to my instinct from chapter one, what kept me going was that I was curious how is the book going to deal with the "reveal" ⚰

Of the start of the book was a bit slow and clumsy and the dialogue seemed fake and not at all realistic but it soon became a really good book. You just have to go through the beginner bullshit and then you're hooked.
