This is my first time reading manga so I'm not sure what makes a good manga or not... but I thought this shonen manga was nice! The art style was nice and I loved the pace of the first volume!
I'm honestly just reading it because of the art style... but yeah! Loved the intro to the characters and the trio's dynamic in the manga so far! :)
Can't wait to see what this adventures brings!

It's a long time since I've read this, but I remember liking Shaman King. Not the best manga but funny and interesting.

One of my favourite comics series ever
I grew up with a huge crush on Amidamaru, probably because of how dedicated he was to his friends. A girl needs that in life. But putting my romantic thoughts for an animated character (of a ghost, no less) aside, Shaman King is one of those amazing series that shows real facets to people. Hands down, a must read classic.

*3.5 - Good starting volume and has beautiful illustrations. I feel like this is a series that is about to get interesting!

Did not like the art style and wasn't gripped straight away, I think I would prefer to watch the anime. It was a borrowed book too so didn't feel bad about putting it down.
