This book was definitely slow but to be honest I kinda liked it. Karina Halle did an amazing job building up the entire story. I also loved the whole aspect of the vampire slayers!? Buffy Vibes all day! I still cannot believe the ending of the book like holy shit. Why would it end like that.

this was actually so bad i just read it bc heather's book club on yt read it. i should know better!!!!

anyways sorry heather. the premise is interesting! We need better vampire books tho!!! What if i want to read an actually good book about vampires???
