One of the best books I have read in a LONG time.

“Maybe everyone has little roots inside them, curled up clippings of different eras, different lives, different loves.”

Well that went down not with a bang but a whimper... Doom spiralling I-choose-me ghost stories suck. Apparently everyone in this realm can EITHER choose themselves or another person. No one heard of compromise in a relationship. And somehow compromise is vilified as untrue for oneself. You need to be alone to stay true to yourself. That's funny actually. Try building meaningful long-lasting relationships on selfishness and then see how many regrets you collect. So unsatisfying. And you can't even have any hope in the backdrop of that doom-toned abyss, everything is fatalistic. What it communicates is that some people just need to disregard compromise because they were born bigger than the world. Lol. I refuse this story. Unsubscribed. Ughhhhhhhhhh. I was supposed to have more hope, not less. I hate being human. Bye.
