Continuing in the same world as the first book and taking readers back to The Shadow Market, The Demon’s Bargain introduces Lenora, a witch who needs the help of a demon in order to get a family heirloom back from a thieving ex-lover.
Imagine my surprise to find that the bargainer demon summoned is none other than Ramanu, from this author’s monster romance series, A Deal with a Demon. Intrigued by Lenora, Ramanu is intent on getting her to agree to a 7-year contract in order to secure his help. But when she hesitates, he does agree to accompany her to The Shadow Market for the next three days hoping to win her over.
What follows is LOTS AND LOTS of sexytimes with magical pegging, pain-with-your-pleasure orgasms, and eventually some soft feeling between two people who aren’t used to commitment.
I enjoyed it immensely and am super excited for The Kraken’s Sacrifice, the next book in the A Deal with a Demon series, coming next week. Hoping to see more Lenora and Ramanu.
CW- explicit sex, pain during sex. violence, death of the bad guy, blood

So I'm kinda reading all these Katee books out of order.... cause I kinda discovered them later. But I read this after reading The Kraken's Sacrifice, which honestly you could read them like that and I don't feel like I really missed much.
I enjoyed this book a lot! I loved learning more about Ramanu and their story. I absolutely adored Lenora. She was strong, smart, independent, took no shit, could defend herself and was confident. Loved her as our FMC.
The plot was easy and simple. I liked it and it was fun to read. The chemistry between the characters was delicious. And we got some amazing spicy scenes.
Great read. I hope we get more of the characters in future books. I know we got a snippet of Lenora and Ramanu has been pretty present in a lot of the stories.

Received an early copy of this through Katee's Patreon, though I know it released today I actually just got around to reading it.
I'm saying it right now this is officially my favorite book by Katee so far! I've been hoping that Ramanu would be getting a book ever since we first met them in The Dragon's Bride and this did not disappoint. It was so cute and spicy and I just loved Ramanu and Lenora's story so much.
Honestly I didn't want it to end and I just need all of the Ramanu and Lenora bonus scenes in my life.
Definitely a book that I could see myself rereading as a comfort read.

I really appreciate that this series is interconnected standalones that don’t have to be read in a specific order to be able to enjoy it. I also love the nonbinary representation
