Alright, let's dive into the fiery world of "Iron Flame" by Rebecca Yarros! 🔥

Imagine a book that’s like a rollercoaster ride through a dragon-infested amusement park, with a side of emotional turmoil and a sprinkle of dark humor. That’s "Iron Flame" for you. This book is a wild mix of adventure, challenges, and a touch of the dark and emotional.

The characters? Oh, they’re lovable, diverse, and flawed in the best possible way. You’ll find yourself rooting for them, laughing with them, and maybe even shedding a tear or two. The pace is fast, so buckle up because it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

And let’s not forget the themes – death, animal death, gore, and violence. It’s like a buffet of intense emotions and thrilling moments. But don’t worry, there’s also hope, inspiration, and a bit of lightheartedness to balance things out.

In short, "Iron Flame" is like that spicy dish you can’t get enough of – it burns, but you keep coming back for more. So, grab a copy, and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!

What do you think? Ready to dive into the flames? 🔥📚

This book was maybe not as good as the first, but my goodness it’s still really good and definitely worth 5 stars! I am obsessed with this series and can’t wait for the next book!

A fantastic sequel. I went into this concerned about some of the negativity I'd seen regarding Violet and Xaden's relationship, and honestly yeah, I did get a bit sick of the same old 'I don't trust you? You don't trust me!' back and forth, but that only dropped it half a star. Once I accepted that they were just dumbasses, it got more bearable. That being said, part 2 is definitely the star of the show (or maybe that's when I decided to dub them dumbasses).

The plot and the pacing was fantastic. It was action packed. I guessed several of the twists and it didn't even matter because I still was left reeling at the execution of them, and there were some twists I didn't guess at all. Onyx storm comes out in 6 days and it doesn't feel soon enough. I have thoughts and theories and also a lot of stress.
