okay, first off, this book was good.
if you like grovelling: yes, he grovelled. a lot.
ill keep saying this: theresa deserved better. but not that she deserved better than him, no. she deserved better from him. because we all know how sandro can get.
there are a lot of things in this book that i simply cannot write, as i am still processing some information, but this book has inspired me in a way i haven’t seen from a lot of books.
theresa is admirable. so is her selflessness. but she found that being selfish sometimes really does make life easier.

I got a few chapters in but the 'hero' was too abusive, this is a very old fashioned 'romance' as in late 20th C old fashioned Mills and Boon. Dubious consent, heroine is manipulated and spineless but just so hot for him she can't help submitting. Urg.
