This felt a little like a mix between Ready Player One and Daisy Jones and the Six. I loved the different mechanisms through which the story was told.

Not really my jam, but not bad. At times it just feels a little too immature.

the relationships in this story are so complex, focused on so many different aspects other than love or intimacy or sex. this book is phenomenally written, with characters so thought out.

Confused why I have heard people don’t like this ending it was beautiful? ended perfectly for sam and sadie’s complicated relationship, their love for each other and gaming continues and it is unknown to us if they continue working together (whether that be toxic or not) but we know their love for each other stems from them working together. no notes.

Splat! This hit me like a ton of bricks, emotionally speaking - I loved it and couldn't put it down. A beautiful book about friendship and partnership through ebbs and flows.
